Application to University: Initially, we assess the student's profile using their grade transcripts from grades 10 and 12, onboard them, and submit their application for admission to the chosen university. Typically, the month of May is when applications are submitted.
Paperwork: For verification purposes, students must turn in their original documentation as requested by the Medical University. Mostly academic records, a passport, and a NEET score card are needed early in the application process.
Admission Document: The university issues an admission letter, which is a temporary seat allocation letter in the General Medicine Program, following the country's embassy's verification of the application and original documentation.
Attestation and verification: This is the procedure by which the student's original academic documents are notarized and made legally binding. The Ministry of External Affairs and the Embassy assist with this.
The letter of invitation is a permanent seat assignment document that is often sent by the university's international dean department after the student's qualifications for admission exams have been verified and their documentation validated.
Departure: After the student's visa is stamped, the EV team arranges for their travel tickets, organizes university batches, and gives all of the students a departure session before they left India. The pupils travelled with our representative in tow.
