Non - Homework Policy

Pres. Duterte already sign and agree about the "Non-Homework policy of senator Manny Pacquiao last year Dec 11,2019. The teachers are not allowed to give homework to thier student starting Jan 6,2020 so that the students will have a lot of time to bond with their family. But the mayor of Manila, Mr. Isko Morino is against it because he believes that every teacher have a right to give assignment or homework to their students and it is for the good of each student to learn and to have more knowledge. But for now he just let the policy go on because the decision of the Pres. Is final and he can't do anything to change the president's mind.
